The Chart Culture is operated as an independent e-commerce brand. These terms govern your relationship with us as a customer.
Eligibility

Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately display our products, including colours, designs, and descriptions. However, due to the nature of print-on-demand fulfilment, minor variations in colour, print placement, or sizing may occur between orders or from what is displayed on screen. These variations do not constitute a defect.
All products are produced and fulfilled by Printful. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. The Chart Culture reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund.
Order Processing & Fulfilment
Orders are fulfilled on demand through our production partner, Printful. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is sent to production. Production times are typically 2-7 business days before dispatch, depending on the product type.
Because orders enter production quickly, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been submitted to fulfilment. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including size, colour, and shipping address.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.
Estimated delivery windows are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. The Chart Culture is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items
Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds based on change of mind after a purchase has been made.
Refunds, replacements, or corrections are available in the following circumstances only:
The item arrives damaged or defective
The wrong item or size was shipped due to a fulfilment error
In these cases, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at the email address listed on our Contact page. You will be required to provide your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. We will review your claim and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website - including but not limited to The Chart Culture name, logo, candle mark, graphics, product designs, taglines, and written content - is the intellectual property of The Chart Culture and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
Customer-submitted content, including photos shared as part of community hashtag campaigns such as #ChartCultureFunded, #TheChartCulture or #MyChartCulture, grants The Chart Culture a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and share that content for marketing purposes. You retain ownership of your content.
