Standard orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Delivery times vary by location, typically 5-10 business days internationally. Funded Plaques are custom-made and may require an additional 2-4 business days for production. You'll receive tracking once your order ships.

Yes. Our store automatically displays pricing in your local currency based on your location. Final charges are processed in your selected currency at checkout. No hidden conversion fees on our end, though your bank may apply standard international transaction rates.

We stand behind every order we ship. Refunds are only issued in cases where an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit. If this happens, contact us within 7 days of your expected delivery date with your order number and a photo of the damage where applicable. We'll make it right, fast. Please note, all sales are otherwise final, including custom and personalised products such as Funded Plaques.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs policy before ordering.

If you believe there's been an error with your charge, contact us immediately with your order number and a screenshot of the transaction. We'll investigate and resolve it within 48 hours.

All sales are final. We only accept returns in cases where an item arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit. If either situation applies to your order, contact us within 7 days of your expected delivery date with your order number and supporting photos. We'll resolve it quickly, no runaround.

Exchanges are only available where an item arrives damaged or is lost in shipping. In that case, we'll replace your item at no additional cost. We currently do not offer size or colour exchanges, so please review your order carefully before confirming at checkout.
