Overview
At The Chart Culture, all orders are produced and fulfilled on demand by our fulfilment partner, Printful. This means your order is made specifically for you after it is placed. Please read this policy carefully so you know what to expect regarding production times, shipping carriers, delivery windows, and any additional costs that may apply to your order.
Order Processing & Production Time
Before your order is shipped, it must first go through production. Because every item is printed and assembled to order, please allow the following production timeframes before dispatch:
Apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, joggers, caps, socks) - 2 to 5 business days
Desk accessories (mouse pads, desk mats) - 2 to 5 business days
Drinkware (mugs, tumblers, water bottles) - 2 to 5 business days
Wall art & prints - 2 to 5 business days
Funded plaques & acrylic products - 3 to 7 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or in the event of production delays outside our control. Production time is separate from and in addition to shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and the shipping method selected. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Free shipping promotions, where offered, will be applied automatically at checkout or via a promotional code. Details of any active free shipping thresholds will be displayed on our website.
Estimated Delivery Windows
The following are estimated delivery windows after your order has been dispatched. These are guidelines only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Domestic (United States):
Standard shipping - 3 to 7 business days after dispatch
Express shipping - 1 to 3 business days after dispatch (where available)
United Kingdom & Europe:
Standard shipping - 5 to 10 business days after dispatch
Australia & New Zealand:
Standard shipping - 7 to 14 business days after dispatch
Rest of World:
Standard shipping - 10 to 20 business days after dispatch
Total estimated delivery time is production time plus shipping transit time. As a general guide, most international orders are received within 2 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via Printful's carrier network, which may include USPS, FedEx, DHL, Royal Mail, and other regional carriers depending on your location and the product ordered. The carrier assigned to your order will be confirmed in your shipping notification email.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this notification.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within the expected production window, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may be fulfilled from different Printful facilities and shipped separately. In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number and your items may arrive on different days. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments unless clearly stated at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely the responsibility of the customer. The Chart Culture has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing an international order if you are concerned about potential import costs. Refusal to pay customs fees and subsequent return of the package does not entitle you to a refund.
Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete, accurate, and correctly formatted. The Chart Culture and Printful cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before it enters production, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been submitted to fulfilment.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at the email address on our Contact page with your order number and tracking details.
We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf. Please note the following timeframes before a parcel is considered officially lost:
Domestic orders - 15 business days after dispatch
International orders - 30 business days after dispatch
Once confirmed as lost, we will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a refund at our discretion.
Delays Outside Our Control
The Chart Culture is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our or Printful's reasonable control. These include but are not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, customs backlogs, postal strikes, carrier disruptions, or public health events.
We will always do our best to communicate delays promptly and work toward a resolution.
